A lot of people disagree with me when I say floorplans are art, your works prove that it is. :) There is something about a floorplan that lets you imagine being there.

Hello Taiya.
.
Thank you very much for your comment.
I'm glad you like my drawings.
I don't consider my drawings as art.
I think they are just the result of some work, dedication and some skill in drawing floorplans result of my years of experience as interior designer.
But I'm glad that there are people who can appreciate it.
My self-esteem is better now...
.
Best regards.
Iņaki

I just stumbled on your gallery first time today and I love it!  I've study building designing and thought about drawing houses from some tv-shows and movies also, but I never got around to do it. I once sketched the ground floor from the Home Improvement (tv). But I've also plan to make the house from Beethoven (movie). Currently I'm watching the 80's tv-show Family Ties, and I love the house in that one too, maybe you could try it if you get inspired ;)
Good work!

Looking forward to seeing the apartment from the movie "The Apartment" by Billy Wilder (a favorite of mine). I also like the style of House from the TV series "Sabrina the Teenage Witch" (not the cartoon), but from what I remember the interior sometimes changed.

I started this drawing before the summer...
But I received a lot of orders for handmade reproductions and I delayed the creation of the new drawings.
I want to finish all the orders and start with the new ones.
And the first would be "The apartment", cause is one of the best movies made in Hollywood and his apartment is very iconic...

I am wondering if you would ever consider in the future of doing the home in the movie "Father of the Bride." l Just love that home. Your drawings are very nice. Alot of work, I am sure.

Yes, I'm veeeeery busy.
But I like your suggestion...
I do not know why but I thought you meant the remake starring Steve Martin and Diane Keaton and not to the original film with Spencer Tracy in the role of the father and Elizabeth Taylor as the daughter.
I'm right ???
In the new film I remember that the house it was very classic and elegant.
But also... warmth.
I don't remember if appears completely.
I also remember the house of the groom's parents, more modern but beautiful too.

These are great! Very fun. I suppose you don't mind folks tossing out suggestions. I saw a Downton Abbey recommendation. That would be awesome. Big thumbs up to see The Sopranos house on your list. Might I humbly suggest Bartlett's West Wing (The West Wing), Serenity (Firefly), and Planet Express (Futurama). Keep having fun!
